Recovering data on my iPhone help please!

Hey guys, need your help on this one!

I just jailbroke and unlocked my iPhone 3G using redsn0w on iOS 4.1 and baseband 6.15.

iTunes won't recognize the phone because it's unlocked and I have T-mobile sim in it.

I had iTunes installed on my PC, but I switched boot OS and use an SSD for my boot drive now. I can't just sync up in iTunes, but I found the backup folder under MobileSync and there are a bunch of file in there that are like "f02317a90f15c434bada80fa67a35bd57af123aa", along with a couple of MBDB and MDBX files named Manifest.

My question is, how can I restore my contacts/files/photos onto my iPhone? Any help would be much appreciated!

The photos you should just be able to drag and drop back into the photo folder on the iphone if I'm not mistaken. For songs I use copyTransManager(http://www.copytrans.net/copytransmanager.php). As for contacts I'm not sure

Well the entire folder is full of files like f02317a90f15c434bada80fa67a35bd57af123aa, no img or mp3 files.

I would use iPhone browser to access the files on your iPhone should it not be able to sync via iTunes. It'll work as long as your phone isn't locked via passcode.
