I pushed 4.1 on my V6GT during winter and wouldn't dare go back to that OC with warm ambients.

I'm surprised you got 4.2 from an average cooler like the V6 that's quite amazing really and i would have to say it sounds like it can't handle it.

It reset all your bios settings just opening a program? unstable OC.

What voltage are you pumping through to get 4.2?
What does it report voltage as in HWmonitor or CPUZ?

My V6 is running 2 150CFM High RPM fans that I had to jury rig on, which is why I'm able to hit the clock.

Im running it at 1.48v with LLC at 9.6%, and as I said earlier, it's running stable now.
