I'm not sure if you can be OC'd but your computer probably can be.

If you want OC help here the best thing to do is just run three instances of CPU-Z open to the CPU tab, memory tab and SPD tab. Then take a screenshot and post it here.

Toss the 1GB stick.
No reduction in performance due to RAM loss, but moving to proper dual channel (2 or 4 same-size DIMMs) will net you a huge performance increase in everything.

Sorry, I dont exactly know what that means. I need to get another stick that has 2 or 4 same-size DIMMS as the other (2x ([2GB sticks])???

No, you should be running with 2 or 4 same-sized memory DIMMs. Not 2GB + 2GB + 1GB. 2GB + 2GB is much more optimal for all-around performance. Dual channel basically doubles your memory bandwidth when configured properly.

I see. I did some research just now on Google about Dual channel. I do have 2 diff colored memory slots. I didnt no that. Thanks for the info biggrin.gif +1 4 u
