Is that real? You better get into BIOS and check the CPU VCore setting. Seems like the thing would be dead already.

If it survives that I would set the ram to 9-9-9-25-34 before proceeding with any OC. But what is up with VCore? You should be able to check VCore in Hardware Health in BIOS.

First off is your computer made by a sub vendor like dell, HP lenovo asus ect.. ?
second, see the part with the voltage for your CPU tab? thats a little high for a chip designed on a 45nm process, i have a quad core 45nm chip and its runnin at like 1.2V on idle, basically smaller Manufacturing process (also known as lithography) means less heat less power consumption, more processing power, and more transistors on the die (more transistors is better)

I do have qan issue that came up 2 days ago about my fan. Says CPU fan error...........shut down. SpeedFan shows my FAN1: @ 20 RPM (which it isnt) It run normal. It also shows my FAN2: at 4,300RPM which I doubt....
