No, nvidia and realtek audio drivers won't conflict with each other. Just make sure you go on asus' site and download the latest drivers for your specific motherboard, don't download them from realtek.
Oh, and something that got me when I first installed my p67 board, did you plug it into the right audio jack?
i tried both the asus drivers first, then uninstalled and tried the realtek ones. I also plugged in my speakers to every single audio jack (desperation).
sigh, looks like I'm up the creek on this one. would a separate sound card fix the issue? should I try to pull out HD audio from the mobo and go with AC 97?
