xps 1330 heat problems

is it safe to operate core 2 duo t7500 on 50c idle and 90c under loading

the cooling is very bad 3 chips "vga,northbridge,cpu" on asingle heat pipe with a small fan
i tried every possible way to reduce heat but once computer in load it's getting hotter

90 is bad.
My C2D lappy goes 70`s at load 40`s idle.

XPS1330 is a laptop or a desktop? I n00b.

Clean out your system or some such... I have an XPS 1330 with a T9300 and it idles at 35C.

Of course, it also depends on on your ambient temperature...
