Okay, So I have about $250 CAD to play with, Now i know for a fact I'll be Needing a new Psu, However, i believe ive found one for $50, So the Budget for a Mobo and Ram is $200 total, I really cant go over this.

Any suggestions? im hoping to possibly unlock a 4th core, Over clock the Cpu and so on so forth.

Thanks for the help

you can get mobos like these. they offer core-unlocking and different oc features. oc capabilities of these 890gx and 880g chipsets are quite good too. as for memory modules, get either gskill or xms3 ddr3 1600mhz cl7 ram (2x2gb).

Now, tell me... why arent you going for a gpu upgrade instead of this?

My Gpu is brand new, and was cheap, i play darkfall at the moment on this computer and get 134fps, however, its more of a Cpu/ram intensive game, ill be overclocking the gpu when i have the chance, the reason i chose this card is due to my current poor power supply.

Ok, good decision then...... Go for the 880g chipset then, and dont get more than 4gb (2x2gb) ram.

Unless you run some kind of software, where you are sure that more than 4gb is used, you have no need to get that much ram. It would be an absolute overkill for your system.
