Any quality 500-550watt PSU will run your one 560.
Budget, Antec BP550 or TP-550.

If you plan to SLI, then get a quality 650 watt PSU.

Middle, XFX Black 650, $65AR

High end, Seasonic X650

I would second the vote for the Seasonic X650. Also Corsair's new AX line is based on the Seasonic X series OEM platform (minus the 1200, but that thing's stupid powerful for what you need). I would actually get that and go up to 750 or 850 if you go SLI. Especially if you plan on folding.

Fixed.

Reason why the AZZA is medium, well, I've used a few AZZA power supply's and the least amount of time that 1 has lasted was 2years 4months, thats about average.

No, SLI 560's and that system would run fine on a Quality 650W.

650W will give him more than enough headroom.
