Kombuster/Furmark/OCCT dont really heat these cards up. Just set Crysis Warhead bench on highest settings to loop for an hour or whatever. Also, it would be fab if you did 470 vs 560 at the same clocks. And finally, congratz on the new card tongue.gif

If OCCT isn't burning up your card, then your doing something wrong.

GTX 500 cards have a power limiter that automatically kicks in when you run these applications and throttles the cards.

Of course, and the people that have turned off OVP have killed their cards, there is a thread of people that have killed their cards by doing this.

Yea all i was saying was he should stress test with something else since the power limiter stops you from properly stressing, and if you disable it, you may risk damaging your card (depending on what sort of temps it experiances and the voltage given). I'm aware of the 570 thread. Honestly, I could run furmark for 30 minutes and be stable but my GTX 470 would crash in 1 minute under vantage or crysis.

Sorry I went away to my brothers house for the weekend.

Come Monday I will be editing the videos and uploading them over night.

I should be able to upload them all over night.

the videos are recorded, just not edited, and obv. uploaded yet. smile.gif
