BSODs after security update

Thread Starter
My computer started crashing like crazy after a win7 security update yesterday. I tried uninstalling the updates but one of them kept erroring out & wouldn't uninstall. Could this possibly be caused by .net framework? I noticed I have version 3.5 & not 4.0 & tried to update it but keep getting an error message saying generic fault something or other(when the computer doesn't bluescreen that is). I also use Curse Client to manage my WoW addons & don't know if there is any kind of compatibility issue there. I have replaced all of my hardware over the last month so I have eliminated that as a cause (unless Newegg sent me some bad ram) . I'm even on my 2nd mobo.
Some of the bsod messages I can remember are; page fault in nonpaged area & memory management.
I am only partially computer savvy so can you guys shed some light on this maybe? Please help!!!!!!

Edit: A couple more error messages, bad pool header & system service exception.
Should I rma my ram? I don't understand why this would happen right after an update if it was my ram causing the problems though.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. I'm trying to get this in before I crash again.

Well, I took out one of my ram sticks & that seems to have solved the problem. I didn't want to believe that it was my ram causing the problem since it was brand new but rma here I come.
