I'm going to think ahead a generation to late 2011 when these things may be available...

My dream PC would be:

2x 1200w 80+ Gold Certified Modular Corsair PSU
Dual CPU Ivy Bridge Xeon series motherboard with three 16x PCI-E slots for Tri-SLI & Overclocking support
Two 6 or 8 core Ivy Bridge processors OC to 4.5ghz or higher - Watercooled
32GB of High Performance RAM
2x SLC 80gb SSD drives in RAID-0
5x 2TB Hard Drives in RAID-5 for Data Storage
3x GTX 580 Watercooled and Overclocked. (2x in SLI, 1x for Physx and multi monitor support)
Watercooling system: 3x BI-GTX 480 rads, Shrouded, with GT 2150 fans push/pull, and high quality waterblocks on CPUs & GPUs
Alternate Watercooling System: Hailea HC-2200BH water chiller, couple pumps and the appropriate water blocks for CPUs/GPUs
3x 30" IPS monitors, center one for the SLI cards & main gaming monitor, the side monitors for multitasking/monitoring
Rokit 8 Speakers + Rokit Subwoofer

For your poll I wouldn't pick any of those cases, the 690 is the only decent case on that list.
NZXT Phantom, Corsair 700D/800D, Coolermaster HAF X/932 and ATCS 840, are the cases that should be on the poll as they are the best cases to buy. Custom Built Cases are the next step up from those, like the DD Doublewide Black Series 21.

As for Dream Rig see my Sig.

SB i7, 8GB of ram, best board you can buy for 1155, 2 256GB (fast you can buy) SSDs in RAID0 with drive installed, 3 1TB drives RAID5, 4 GTX580s xfire (or when it comes out, 2 6990s), HAF 932, 1200W PSU (or bigger), 3 23" screens, best keyboard and mouse around.

Or, since I do a lot of encoding, 2 980Xs on an SR02 and 4 GTX580s + 12GB of ram and some bad ass water cooling, maybe phase.

My dream PC is probably a little different from most here.

Main Parts
Core i7 980X
Rampage II Gene
3x4GB DDR3 RAM
2x Crucial C300 64GB RAID0
2x 500GB HDD RAID1
GTX 580 or HD6970
Corsair AX850
Lian Li PC-A04B

Cooling
Stinger V8 with nickel mounting system
Tygon 1/2" ID 5/8" OD White Tubing
MCP350 with Nickel top
Matte Black compression fittings
240mm Rad

I want something portable and easy to carry. I hope the liquid cooling won't add too much to the weight. If it does, I might have to switch it out to a Venomous X.
