+1 to MSI USA RMA service also.

I had bought 2 460's when they first came out, one never worked right and always caused hard locks. I bought both the cards out of the country, when contacting MSI Taiwan they said MSI only accepts RMA's in the country of purchase origin. I contacted the USA office anyways and explained my situation and that I purchased overseas, they said they would take the card back but had none in stock but could refund my money based on the current sales price $140 I think vs the $190 I paid. I said OK just happy to get something in return, I sent the card back and received shortly a check for $190 anyways! (I also never had an itemized receipt, they took the purchase price based on what I told them.) The next two cards I bought were also MSI's and I would be happy to purchase MSI cards again.

MSI is terrible! I sent a vid card in to RMA once...They sent a gorilla in a box back that attacked and killed my family..

This happens all the time, no reason to get bent out of shape about it. It's all detailed in their warranty policy.

Yea, MSI's RMA service is very great. I had to send my laptop in (MSI EX625) twice for repairs, it went great.

I RMAed a MSI video card and was sent a used version of an inferior model. I had to send it back. Finally after about a month and a bunch of phone calls, I managed to get it sorted.

As you can see from my current video cards, I don't hold anything against MSI. Just the opposite, I still like their products.

Looking from these posts apparently their video card RMA is terrible.
