I7 950 Temperatures too high for stock?

Right, I have just decided that i would run a stress test on my I7 950 with the program OCCT to test my stock speed temperatures. I ran a 1hr test and ended getting temperatures as high as 71 degrees celcius.
I have a Cooler Master v8 HSF which has been given good reviews on overclocking, look at my specks below and has anybody got any idea on what i can do?
