At work when I shear bolt heads off I grab the tig wielder and put the bolt head back on. Granted a 240 volt 3 phase wielder might be a bit much. I like the idea of gluing a screw driver to it. I would be hesitant to attack the bolt with a cut of wheel. Metal dust all over the board sounds like a great way to short it.
