I tried to do a bsel mod to my celeron e1200, but it didnt quite work, i did a good job of connecting the pins, but nothing has changed, im still only oc'ed to 3ghz. Any ideas why it didnt work?
My motherboard is a AsRock turbotwins2000.
and i used Caig Circuit writer.

I would take magnifier and make sure there isnt any cracks in links. Whats the stock clock of E1200? 3Ghz or it is already OC?

EDIT: I dont think this is going to work for you as you are already overclocked to 3ghz from stock so you have already rised your FSB manually and that would be reason for not changing anything.
If you actually revert back to stock in your bios you would probably see that bsel is working.

Lose that 1 DIMM and go proper dual channel
You'll see a nice noticeable boost in performance despite the RAM loss! wheee.gif
