I can say from my experience that 1 6950 unlocked is FINE for eyefinity. I played most games (including BC2) at 6048x1080 after bezel correction at about 50 fps. BC2 was with 4x AA. I have a fraps log to prove that much. I got the second one for insurance but 1 6950 is more than enough. I got rid of the monitors because I couldn't justify spending that much on something that was not benefiting me how I thought it would.

Basically no AA and might have to drop from Very high to high setting.

I'm not going to spend all of this money just for some eye candy. Just gonna stick with what I got and maybe upgrade my single monitor.

55fps avg with 1 6950 ? are u kidding me mate ?

This is 2 6950's in xfire , u can clearly see the gameplay is under 50fps ...

It's feasible. I played BC2 with one and got like 40-60 fps. It's no Crysis but close enough. And that's with 4x AA.

What are you talking about? I never said I get 55 fps avg on Crysis with eyefinity. I was talking about Batman AA (Arkham Asylum). Crysis was running 30 avg with 20ish dip on eyefinity (single card).

awk so crysis @ 20fps is playable is it wouldnt even bother , if u want true eyefinity get 2 gfx cards ... yes it possible to eyefinity from 1 card though the results wont be as good as u expect take my word for it .
