Website advertising?

For those of you who have websites you are monetizing, what advertising publisher are you using?

Google Ads denied me, said there was illegal activity on the account. I think users of the site were clicking on the ads many times to try and help support the site. Regardless, google ads is out.

Adbrite's CPM and CPC seems quite low. I've used them for 2 months now and have only made $9 in ad revenue.

Other than this, I haven't found any advertisers willing to deal with my still relatively low monthly pageviews.

I'm getting about 200k pageviews per month, and 30k unique visitors.

What advertising agency are you using? Do you like it? What sort of payouts do they have?

I did try to appeal, and they denied the appeal. It's a strange system... once you are denied, and the appeal is denied, you are "banned" from their system for life. Maybe I'll try signing up under my wife's name.

You can file a DBA for some company name for like $10, depending on the state, and use a company name for the Google Account.

Google is the big kid on the block unfortunately. The DBA idea is pretty good, unless they blacklisted your URL along with your name.

Well, the good news is, I also recently changed the URL to a .com instead of what I had before. So even if the URL is blacklisted, it doesn't matter anymore. I suppose they could match it up via my home address though, but we'll give it a shot and see what happens.
