Here are my spreadsheet entries, since I can't edit it:

Stock clocks: 880/1760/2100 (core/shader/memory)
Stock VID: 1.000V (can be undervolted to 0.975V)

24/7 clocks: 950/1900/2100
24/7 voltage: 1.000V

OC clocks (not 24/7): 1000/2000/2100
OC voltage: 1.1V

Room temp: ~21C
Idle temp: ~42C (with two monitors => idle clocked at 405/810/324, not 50/101/135)
Furmark Load temp (24/7 clocks): 68C

Idle fan speed: 42% (2010 rpm)
Load fan speed: 60% (3390 rpm)

Fortunately I snagged it for $220. Or, yeah, I'd be a little miffed. Now that it's running @ 1.000V, I'm actually happy, lol.

I recently bought ASUS GTX 560 Ti /830Mhz one/.
The thing is, on stock :
It's idling at ~35c
Load at ~78с
on Furmark its hitting 96c. Is it normal?

At first, on load it was way too noisy so i looked it up on Asus.com and downloaded the BIOS update and updated it. And that seems to fix the noise problem. But now I'm concerned about the High temps on Furmark.

My own personal Benching:

It's Unigine Heaven 2.5.

A nice 22.75% increase in Kombuster and a chunky 29.5% increase in Unigine Heaven's performance compared to the reference clocks.

That's nice! I notice you have the EVGA FPB version too, which is also what I have.

I tried raising mine from 851MHz core to 900MHz core and the VRAM from 1026MHz to 1049MHz, so roughly a measly 50MHz on each just as a start since most are regularly getting higher, and Crysis froze after some minutes and the nVidia drivers reverted my clocks. Not sure why. Doesn't seem to want to overclock at all.

What voltage are you running at? I didn't mess with that since the guide I followed said it should be needed until higher clocks. I think mine is around 0.95V (AIDA64 reading) or 0.94-0.96 (HW Monitor reading).

It also tops out ~90C in Furmark, and ~86C in Crysis. Idles at ~37C-42C.

Not sure if I should even bother trying with temperatures like that? Does your EVGA get that warm? I even have a fan blowing on mine.

Oh, wait, I'm starting to prove that quote in my signature. I hate to admite I've all given up on the GPU until now but then saw yours. Maybe the voltage does need raising? At least I have my CPU overclock to fall back on if I can't get this. I haven't overclocked a GPU in a long, long time.

Dont get discuraged. lol. I have the FPB version. Its also watercooled, so thats part of it but you should be able to hit 1Ghz.

For that run I was at about 1.087v. Try just overclocking the core first. Then once you found the max on the core, start bumping up the memory. You should be good to put about 1.025v through it and not see a temp increase.

Those temps seem slightly high tho... How well ventilated is your case? Perhaps you should manually controll the fan and put it to somewhere like 60%.

This isn't a picture of mine, but I have the cooling setup the same way as this.

I have three fans on the side in the same places as that picture, and there's two more at the front. A sixth is at the top, and the final and seventh (not counting the PSU) is the rear case fan. A fan and a half blows directly on the video card, yet it gets that hot.

I didn't think of cooling/airflow as an issue since my previous GeForce 8800GT did not have this problem. This new card idles lower, and hits load higher, and it has me worried.

My Gigabyte SOC 1000MHz had a 1.012V out of the box. However, it took about 1.025v to not error in OCCT stress tests.

Is this card any good compared to gtx 460? What if i had a gtx 460 in SLi?

I always been thinking of getting a Gtx 560 Ti superclocked version.
