Motherboard killing ram? Need Oppinions

Thread Starter
I put my rig together around 4 months ago.

i7-950
3x2GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz (CMX6GX3M3C1600C7)
Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R
Noctua NH-D14
Corsair hx520 watt

I had one one the ram kits module show errors about a month ago. I sent it for RMA and all was fine.

But now Im getting errors from one of the two other modules.

I wonder could this be faulty ram kit? Or maybe the Motherboard is borked?

Anybody have any oppinions/experiences on this?

Run a memory test and test for errors. Test the ram in another good known working board if you can. If you get no errors then it's possibly the motherboard.

Only the broken stick gives errors.

RAM was running 16600MHz@1340MHz and voltage was what ever is default for board.
