i7 860 What is wrong with my clock speed??? pic included

Hello everyone, I have a questions about my i7 860 CPU. I just installed 4 more GB's of RAM to my tower, to bring the total amount of RAM to 8GB, but somehow I think that messed my clock speed... The stock speed of this CPU is 2.80Ghz. After installed the ram, in the control panel it says 2.71!?!?!? what is up with this? Do I have to go into the bios and fix something? Thanks, Mike

If you're not going to overclock, just go to BIOS, and go to something like Reset to Default, Load Optimized Defaults, etc and try it

Thanks for the help guys! I went in a restored the BIOS to factory setting and everything seems to be working fine. I don't know what would mess it up like that in the first place...
