Wow people are spreading heaps of misinformation.

Firstly: The game does have DX10 and DX11 - there are DLL renderers for them.

Second: The DLC in the nanosuit edition is for multiplayer only. Like all EA games it's there but needs a code to be used.

Thirdly: Games just can't go gold before they are released, this is an exception because it was leaked. It probably will sell like hotcakes.

Fourthly: The leaked build is from January. It's obviously not the final polished product because there are still heaps of issues and multi-GPU support isn't working as of yet.

For all we know, this leak could be a test to capture people's thoughts of the game across the internet and change the game accordingly. If this is the case, then I beg Crytek to make the suit function like in the first Crysis games, it is MUCH more friendly and tactical for PC players. The current version is fine for consoles, but not PC's. Please add lean and prone back in for the PC version. They should never have been removed.

Make the game less hintful like the first one. Don't spell out objectives, makes us look at them. NPC's that constantly chew your ears off are irritating. Likewise NPC's that never talk are boring. Get it just right.

Main point: De-consolize the game for the PC version. One size does not fit all. You have to cater specifically for each platform.

Once again, the leaked build is an old build last updated in January, It's now mid February. The game is not released until march. One month is plenty of time for bug fixes, and remember they need six weeks to press and ship the discs to stores.

Now stop with the misinformation and stupid fact free opinions or I will be here correcting you all day!

Disagree with this. I haven't played this leak, but if the build is from January it is very likely done or almost done. It's not exactly a small game that they can fix bugs on the fly. Also it takes time for the publisher to have the game actually printed and then shipped to retailers. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a patch on day 1.

Too damn expensive for this game, and having bought maximum edition for 39.99 at best buy last year, crysis games aren't worth 60 dollars. More like 40 bucks. I was looking forward to playing this, but i guess i will be waiting for about 2 years to play it. I only plan on spending 29.99 on this game, nothing more.
That's the exact same thing I did, waited and waited some more. They don't have to get $60 for this or any game. There will always be people who will gladly pay the premium for it though.

Holy crap! The king of all trolls and swore by his crappy PC is still alive!!!!! Its a breathe of fresh air seeing you post again.

Its 60 because its EA.

I was still shocked that Crysis 1 is $30 and Warhead is $19 on STEAM RIGHT NOW.

Once someone at Crytek explains that to me, then I can explain to them why people usually pirate their games, or don't give a rats' butt about the gameplay of the game, and just use your game for benchmarking.

Answers that we shall never know.

Negative. In the end you will say what you say and I'll do the same...
That's not poking fun. Especially when you have no ground. I was repeating what I was saying over and over for a reason. Yet you ignored said reason and attacked me.

For example:

Then the build is less than a month old (exactly as of this post one) That's not an old build at all. The game goes gold either next week or the following, and infact I'm willing to bet a pretty penny the game can go gold as of this post with whatever build they have.
For all intents and purposes: the build thats out now is the final representation of what the game will run and look like.
lololol LOOK I repeated myself again. OOPS

The only things they're going to change are functional aesthetics if you will: configs all synching/working correctly, ingame settings like actual DX10 and 11 buttons, bug fixes, ect.

Everything you see otherwise in the build including the way it performs is the way it'll be on launch guaranteed.
As for multiGPU - chances are that wont be working on launch entirely either way. I can't remember the last game that correctly had SLi or Crossfire usage upon launch. Usually it takes one or sometimes 2 driver updates for that, which is why I hate PC gaming as of late.

I couldn't find anymore info out there. Be nice if Crytek told us what it is, because google came back nothing.

http://www.overclock.net/video-games...n-feature.html

I've actually had a thread going on about it. Yes, that's what it seems like but people around are trying to dis-prove something that's already in place.

That manual states the Xbox 360 and PC version have it and in the "demo", I needed to disable it for the game to run properly, solved my issue with missing textures and load times.
So it seems like a feature that is broken for now? I won't be using it regardless. No game needs to connect to a remote server to render graphics.

Unless you're playing it on a console.
