Only having a little fun with you!

The 690II advanced is what I'm siding with though the Lancool PC-K62 is a nice case worth mentioning.

With Lian Li - Lancool I have to question how good actually how reachable would the customer service be for USA citizens. All I see is internet correspondence with them and not by phone. Could be mistaken though.

I oughta know I have one and mine is in my profile album if one wants to view it - a nice clean system component install.

It dosnt have to be the full 100 bucks you know. This is an absolutely AMAZING case for super cheap. Excellent cable management, good size, tool less HDD's and lots of air flow configurations. I have been thrilled with it as I use it for a Home server.

Cheap yes, but not as "sturdy" (no offense) and as configurable as a HAF 912 as I can speak for that case as an owner myself. Mine is in my profile album is you want to see it.

Let's see, Tool-less EVERYTHING. From the fans, to the HDDs, Opitcal bays, PSU, and a sick PCI bracket that puts every other MFG's design to shame. Couple all of that with the removable fan filters on the front and bottom that are easy to get to, tool-less mobo installation, cable management slots and space behind the mobo tray to route and manage cables, an HDD rack that's removable/can turn any way you want it, and the case is solidly built.

Depends on how many 3.5" hard drives and 5.25" drives you have. The K62 only has four 3.5" internal drive bays compared to the six in the 692. For anyone with more than 4 hard drives and 2 optical drives plus any external bay needs such as a fan controller the K-62 actually sucks. For those people a 692 is ten times better than the K-62, even though the K-62 is an excellent case in it's own right. It just isn't right for everyone.

This is why there isn't an absolute "Best Case", only what would work best for a given situation or configuration.

It is huh?!

For starters please go and look at the Lancool PC-K62 then come back and actually tell me that all of the 5.25" bays are tool-less. Unless one wants to count just the two with the locking system and the rest probably with thumb screws if one wants to count that as tool-less then any case can be tool-less.

For me, the K-62 is the best case I've ever owned.

If I only had a couple of hard drives it would be great for me as well, but I have 6 so it would be worse than the Elite 330 I paid $25 new for and have been using for 3+ years. It has nothing to do with the quality of it, just the lack of features. That's why it's impossible to state empirically that one case is the best.
