Very High Performance Specs Help

Thread Starter
I just got this Asus G73JW, it has some excellent specs, i'm basically using it for high-end gaming replacing my desktop, but i'm already planning to get a faster laptop for better performance by the end of this year or the beggining of 2012.
I've found at xoticp.com lots of customization options and i'd like some help to pick out the best for me.

The best options so far are the ASUS G73SW-A1 and the Sager NP8170-S1. (I'm really concerned with overheating because of unnecessary Ram for example.)

These are my main specs:

i7 740QM, 1.73GHz
750GB HD
8GB 1333MHz Ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 1.5GB

What's the best system i can get for like 2500$ ? (Not necessarily an Asus)

Some valuable info:
I live in a very hot place, i want everything i can get to keep the laptop temperature at low rates.
Sometimes i have to take the laptop to my work and use it unplugged for about 40-60 min.
Performance is the main goal.

Well for starters, both of those are great options. I have never heard of a laptop overheating due to unnecessary ram.
With any high performance laptop that WILL run warm, get one of these, or similar:

How's this guy for you?
15'' 1080p led display
i7 2720qm
nvidia gt 485m
8gb ddr3

Subtotal: $2367 You can also back down the 485 to a 460 for 4-500$ depending on screen type,
