Additional Turbo Voltage on 2600k?

Thread Starter
I set ADV to 0.028 and cpu voltage to 1.5, however shouldnt it go to like 1.53 and down and up as it needs speed? or what does ADV do and what is the usual setting for 5ghz?

Are you using the turbo ratio to overclock or the non turbo? IF turbo then it should be always on. I would think

On the P8p67 you have 2 places you can adjust the CPU ratio.

Under AI tweaker it is the "turbo mode" under advanced CPU config it is non turbo mode multiplier.

Actually on rethinking it, if you have EPU set to max power then no it should not go up or down, and turbo voltage also should not apply. Turbo Voltage will kick on when turbo does... but if you are running 50X multi all the time then it does not

What you can do is set non turbo ratio to 48. and turbo to 50.. the nthe turbo voltage should kick in.

TBH, I have not played around with turbo profiles I just set for max power and clock manually like on X58.
