Yah for another advice on watercooling thread!

so far I've got the basic bits picked out and looking for peoples suggestions on the pump and rad, and what res i should go with or if i should just go with a t-line, and to see if i actually screwed up in choices with barbs and so fourth.

That pump has 3/8 fittings and your other stuff is 1/2.

Hi.

Radiators from HW Labs are really rather good.

I also favor the Swiftech MicroRes (V2 preferably, or V1) as it is small and due to its configuration it can be mounted in any number of ways to include being paired with a fill-port for external filling.

Your choice of fittings seems to be fine (G1/4 threading, 1/2" OD if I am interpreting the list correctly).

so if i understand the many threads in the sticky then i would have to get a custom top for the pump?

alright so i will try to find the microres then and throw a custom top on the pump, as for the rad's as of right now I'm trying to stick to one site which happens to be ncix but i can obviously look else wear, but if am to stick to here i can also pick from the xspc rx360 or the thermochill ta120.3 which are both substantially more then the switftech, is the performance really going to be much greater to warrant the 70-100$ difference?

and yes the list is a absolute pain to read took me a bit to figure out how they where listing barbs and such.

Also, afaik you can get an aftermarket top for that pump that will fit the G-1/4 threading barbs... but Imma not certain.

Yes, that is the correct top for the pump. It's also one of the best performing tops currently available.
