is this 5870 worth the price

I just currently bought a sapphire 5870 and i just happened to bump into this card which this person would not go down on the price for any reason. Is my card fine or i should sell mines and get this one

Yes this is a fair price. as a stock 5870 is about 200$, u get this with a nice cooler.
