Bad sensor looks like, the thermistor is reading wrong.

I would just use CPUTIN. That seems more reasonable. There is no way your CPU temps can be sub-ambient on air.

Maybe a broke thermal monitor .. my q6600 reads -58C !

yeah it sounds like it is broke.. umm you could try a infered thermometer or an aftermarket temp probe setup.

CPU tin isn't necessarily such a good estimate of core temp ... Mine reads 10 degrees lower for CPU tin than core at idle
