hey guys,
my brother was going to build a SB comp but with the recalls, he's not sure if he wants to wait. here is what he has so far:

RAM

GPU

PSU

thinking of getting this for a case unless you guys have better suggestions:

should he wait for SB or build now?

my brother really wants to get into some gaming so what do you guys think? any suggestions for a non SB build?

need a hard drive, case, cpu, and mobo with about $500 to $600 left in budget.

thanks

You got a decent little rig there, I'd personally snag up the gpu just to use it now =) and go ahead and wait the couple weeks for sandy to make her triumphant return.

*edit* Just noticed its someone elses machine, so now I don't know his situation!

is it gonna be worth the price difference and performance to wait? he is wanting a good gaming comp that will last a few years. there will be very little if ANY overclocking.
