Thread Starter
I've been trying to OC my CPU over 3.5 but, it crashes when i start prime95.
I have MSI 890gxm-g65, 8gb ram cheap kingstone, 2gbx 4 and 1333 mhz,

Raise VCORE? How high is the RAM freq at? try lowering the ram multiplier.

1333Mhz RAM and CPU with locked, x14 multiplier (similar to 1055T)
This is going to be very hard frown.gif
(What I'm saying is, the generic memory is 100% likely to hold you back from full potential due to limited bus clock-CPU/RAM ratio options and potentially very limited overclockability)

That and using software to achieve his overclock isn't helping any either. doh.gif

Got any CPUID screenies? With a locked CPU multiplier you are going to have to bump your FSB and lower your RAM multiplier to compensate, along with upping your Vcore.
