Water cooling advice

Thread Starter

I planning on trying water cooling for the first time in a week or so. Posted a link on what i am planning to buy. Please let me know if its all there and it all fits. I have already read all the beginner guides and just want to make sure it all there since it is expensive. Also if anything there may be overpriced and there is a cheaper viable option. Or if i will have case compatability issues. Or any other toughts. Thx for your input.

replace the swiftech apogee xt with the EK Supreme HF or the XSPC Rasa. They are both better blocks and the rasa is even only $50. Everything else looks good.

You might also want fans.

I would look at the XSPC Rasa block. It will preform better than what you have.

Also, by now you have probably seen the Rasa kits, just keep those in mind too, they are pretty good.

^As posted above, get some GT fans. They seem to be very popular on this forum.

As long as you have the correct size barbs, that is correct.

Fans. You need fans for your radiator.

Also, just in case you missed the red letters, your compression fittings are backordered...

A good pair of 38mm fans is all you need for the GTX BI 360. As others have said, look at the XSPC Rasa, it may be a bit cheaper. The Swiftech is still a great block though, just a tad more expensive.

You may want a fan controller too if you're getting 2000RPM fans. Something like the Scythe Kaze Master series.
