From my understanding, the 1/2" OD will work perfectly fine on the Supreme HF. It's the high flow 3/4" OD that you need to worry about.

http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...w-fitting.html

What you ordered *should* be ok since its not Bitspower, or 3/4" OD.

The tubing size you picked is fine and will fit the EK Supreme HF. Tubing size doesn't really matter. Just pick the size you want. Only 3/4 OD will give you a problem with that block. I'm running that block with the same sized tubing and compression fittings.

Swiftech, XSPC, EK Supreme are all going to be within 1-2C of each other at load. It really all depends on the price you can get. When I purchased my Apogee XT, the Supreme was $20 more expensive and the XSPC wasn't out yet. I'd personally go with the XSPC as long as its cheaper than the XT and EK Supreme.

Performance is superb, but I do have one of the higher end wc builds on here. Tubing size will affect temps by .001C ish. The temp difference going from 3/8id to 1/2od cannot be read by your onboard temp monitors OR normal computer temp probes. You're only running a cpu loop so you won't see a difference. Even if you ran CPU, 3 GPUS, RAM, Mobo, and HDDs in the loop you wouldn't see a difference.

I use 3/8 id 1/2 od because I need the tubing to bend tightly due to the large amount of blocks, radiators, pumps, and reservoirs I'm running. Can see picks in my sig. Project Atlantis Worklog link explains everything.
