My quick check with Newegg indicates that cheapest GTX460 1GB is around $200 while cheapest 768MB version is ~$130. A big percentage difference.

If budget is enough, get the 1GB version.

I may eventually upgrade to a 1080 monitor but I haven't decided. Is the $100 difference between the 460 768 and the 560 worth it at the res i play at.
