Gigabyte vote here. Every time I have contacted customer service for technical or warranty questions I have received a replay within 24 hours. Asus isn't too bad either, they reply within 48, which seems fair.

thank you but honestly go for the gigabyte, thaey are by far the best performing MB's I have ever used. plus if anything goes wrong with it then gigabyte are always more than willing to replace it or even give you an upgrade which I certainly couldnt say for ASUS after my last board broke.

I have Asus 890FX in two of my 3 rigs and haven't had any problems out of them. I keep them pretty up to date pertaining to the BIOS. My third is 790FX.

After reaching a 211 BCLK on my Rampage III Formula I would pick a Crosshair IV and looking at reviews I seen people hit a 300 FSB quite easily on the Crosshair IV Formula.

Edit: I know most AMD users have a Black Edition processor but I still overclock my FSB with my Phenom II 940 currently running at 15.5x Multi and a 240 FSB. It allows me to get the most out of my processors!
