I really wouldn't get anything larger than a 24" at 1920x1200/1080. Once you get something bigger than that you should start looking into 2560x1440/1600.

I don't have any proof but I would assume they used a cheaper TN panel for that monitor. I could very well be wrong but at only $250 I doubt the manufacture would put anything really nice into it.

Just my 2cents.gif

You're ridiculous. The Hannspree is the same monitor as this one. I'm currently using this monitor and it's fine for what it is, although imo it's a little too big

So from what I have read, this monitor is a good buy at $250+ shipping, but this Hannspree performs the same as the I-Inc and comes with TV inputs+remote+speakers for the same price. I might be buying it tomorrow or the day after so I need to know soon. Thanks!

$250 for a 28" is so cheap I payed €399 ($537) for my 26" gotta hate prices in belgium/europe.

I'm no expert on monitors but the contrast ratio on yours seems kinda low to me...

I've got one on either side of my IF281D and I've no complaints so far. Great price and no dead pixels.

Do NOT BuyHanns g and I-Inc are both HORRIBLE brands. It's cheap and there is a reason for it, I purchased one from tiger direct and returned the monitor the same day it was so bad. The "black" looks like dark grey, the colors are just off, the panel is very cheap, and the lighting is uneven. Please do not buy save your money and getting something nicer. Also to achieve 1920x1080p on a 28" monitor the panel is basically stretched causing there to be more space between panels. This cause images to not look nearly as sharp. I wish there could just be a sticky made about this monitor saying don't buy.
