A computers sound card cannot drive unamplified speakers to any type of volume. The impedance of the speakers is too low. It is not the same as driving a pair of headphones.
I wasn't thinking lol. However, what speakers have connectors like that but do not have an amp? I can't recall seeing RCA connectors for amp-less speakers unless they were a set of PC speakers that no longer have the sub.

Alright, tried plugging a pair in, it does work but it's very weak indeed. Now what? :\\

I just got an Idea. I have a CREATIVE 2.1 Sound System plugged into my computer. The 2 Small speakers plug into the back of the subwoofer with the same plugs as the speakers I have shown you (RCA?). There's also an Audio cable that connects from the back of the subwoofer to the computer and that's basically how it works. So, If I unplug the current speakers and use 2xRCA Male -> RCA Male , Do you think it would result in a properly-working 4.1 System?

No, because your Creative speakers only put out the front channel since they're 2.1. All that would do is split the output to 4 speakers instead of 2, which would make the sound weaker. It wouldn't add extra channels.

Ask people you know, especially family, if they might possibly have a spare amp lying around.

My amp was given to me by my dad... he bought it about 40 years ago. Didn't cost me anything.
