Best 16GB Flash Drive around $20-30?

I'm wondering, what's the fastest 16GB flash drive for around $20-30 USD? It needs to have a lanyard/key ring and a snug cap or be a good quality sliding one and can't be too wide or thick making it not fit next to other flash drives.

Here's what I've been looking at, other places like amazon are good, but it has to be under $30 shipped, $35 if it's really worth it.

Mushkin Enhanced Mulholland 16GB
Patriot Xporter XT Boost 16GB
OCZ Rally2 16GB
A-DATA Superior Series 16GB S102 USB 3.0

If you know of anything else good let me know.

I have had that patriot model for a long time. It's worked quite well for me.

It is a bit bulky though if that is an issue it is tight if you want to use to adjacent ports.

I have had the Xporter for a couple of years now. It has traveled in my backpack going to and from school. I have even bent the USB plug and it is still working. Although, it is only USB 2.0. If you can make use of a 3.0, I'd go for that.

I can use the USB 3.0 at home to transfer files to the drive, but I'll primarily be using it for school and working on peoples computers which use 2.0. I'd choose that drive over the others because it's well built, but it's kinda big and the lanyard hole is where the cap is supposed to go which will probably make it so I can't put the cap on the end when it's on my keychain so I'd end up losing the cap sooner or later. =/

Weird...the first thing I do when I get a USB drive is to throw away the cap.

If your trolling, then okay, if your serious then why? You can damage/bend the USB connector while it's on your keys or in your pocket.

Does anyone know of any fast flash drives that have a hole for a lanyard/keychain that the cap can fit around? Or a good, fast one with a retractable USb connector and a hole for a lanyard/keychain.
