Yes you should. If you get the Gigabyte super overclock, it will be like having a GTX 570 except its quieter, cooler and cheaper. Performance is the same.

It's a good move imo. Even more so if you can sell the 295. The 570 and 580 are really built for higher res play. A 560 can handle itself in anything up to 1200p.
