Which way is the airflow supposed to be going when doing a push/pull setup?

I suppose it's like this? Just making sure.

Yeah, that's correct.

The overall direction can vary depending upon case-ventilation.

You just want both fans on the heatsink to have the same air-travel direction.

Oh, I see. That's why a lot of pictures I saw show the airflow going towards the right. Confused me for a bit

yeah as most computers have the exhaust on the right side.

It depends on your case. Most cases have intakes in the front so it would be advisable to have air come out from left to right. If there is an exhaust at the top then most people would have the air flow bottom to top.

I find that north south mounting doesn't help much or at all tbh.

sorry, but it had to be said.

assuming you have air coming in from the front, and exhaling out the back or the top or BOTH, have the cpu pusing air/pulling air towards the back. etc etc
