Yes HT is enabled. I have another question, if radiator fins don't carry any water. how does it keeps the CPU cool? sorry if im asking a dumb question, im a noob to watercooling

The fins are the pieces that have surface area, they are connected to tubes that the water runs through. The tubes alone don't have much surface area, so the fins pick up what the tubes lack.

do you know how does h50 water routed through the radiator? i can't find a illustrated picture

Put the H50 in front of a light. You will see tubes running down the middle.

Sort of like this.
