My #1 advice: Don't look at the ground while you're running around. This may seem obvious to you (since you play on the XBox), but I have seen SOOO many people do this. They look at the ground while running, and when an enemy shows up, they can't turn+look up fast enough. In my opinion, it's much easier to quickly jerk your mouse left or right, than to have to jerk up+left or up+right.
Well my problem as of now is movement fluidity. The keypad seems to me so much more 'sticky?' and less responsive than a joystick (to move around at least). I find myself trying to sidestep left or right just after running but then I realize I have to do some secret key combination and gang sign to the keyboard to get it to stop running, then start straffing..
Or perhaps I should just assign the run key to be a side button on my mouse instead of the keypad.. Since my pinky tends to not listen to what my brain tells it to do.
