Just BSOD during driver installation on a fresh install at BIOS defaults. The crashing has come from both sets of ports.

Yeah... So the OP's problem is either a degraded 3.0 GBps port or an unstable overclock. I suspect a very unstable memory overclock due to the fact that its messing with the OS.

here an idea
get all clock to stock

check the system if all goes right redo the OC
and for testing use OCCT with LINX for 24H

Just did reset BIOS and reinstalled windows. Crashed during driver installation for Intel engine management. Will try again tomorrow to get windows installed stable again. Really at a loss with it starting off that bad on stock clocks unless I have a bad mobo. Problem has gotten progressively worse from day 1

Another possibility is that the HDD itself is malfunctioning.

if u had a crash at stock
one or more of ur hardware is broken
but befor the test make sure ur temps are ok on all of ur stuff
check HDD with program from the WD site
check MEMORY with MEMTEST from CD (in dos mode)
check CPU with OCCT in LINX
if u still didnt find the problem
try replace the PSU
try with difrent GPU
and if all fail go for the MOTHERBOARD

Ran memtest overnight and the wd deep check twice when the problems started getting bad. This board came set with 103 as the bclck and that had to be changed to 100 to boot. It will run flawless for a day or two sometimes with no errors. Then decides it doesn't like the oc.

Don't have access to any parts. Might have to just stick everything in the closet until the replacement boards come out and go from there.
