Guys read the OP, 2nd to last line says CnQ is disabled.
Thanks for that...I skimmed it 2 fast

Not completely directly, but the thing is it hasn't done this before... just kind of out of no where. I did use AMD Overdrive and the guy above said it did that to him, I have a feeling that could be did because I do remember it changing my CPU speed from x20 to x18 without even asking me and it kept the voltage the same..

You should at least check their opinion...

Air going through your case doesn't necessarily always cool every part that needs cooling. Additionally...the Corsair H50 has nothing to do with the MOSFET cooling. Basically I'm telling you to at least try to add some direct fan cooling over the MOSFETs that they recommend.

I'm trying that right now and it doesn't seem to be doing any difference...

Here's pictures of Core Temp when it's at x20 and going down to x4 if you need.

Open your power options in windows. Set it for high performance. Then click change Processor power management and set the minimum to 100%.

I still can't believe Asus made a motherboard with support for Thubans and left the MOSFETs uncooled!

It wouldn't hurt to try cooling them.

In Processor Power Management it only says "System Cooling Policy" and I can only put it to Active or Passive...

Exactly, because COOL AND QUIET is already off, which is what you told us in your OP. The only time processor power management kicks in is when the CPU is idle.

He already disabled CnQ. Wouldn't that override turning minimum power state to 100%?

And OP I see that your vcore dropped from 1.3 to 1.225v. I still think MOSFETs are getting hot.

Take a look here.. I know that thread isn't well developed but it is someone with a Thuban having similar issues on a board that HAS MOSFET cooling.
