A good latte or mocha with a glass of orange juice(no pulp)
2 eggs over easy with runny yolks
2 pieces of white toast golden brown with no butter to soak up the runny yolks
bacon(peppercorn crusted) that's slightly crispy but not crunchy
2 moist biscuits with spicy sausage gravy

Well i see that you're also from chicago, so you may know the place I'd go to for my breakfast. In evanston there's a little dive called Sarkis, where I would order
Bacon loretta, and cheesey hash. For those of you who aren't blessed with having a Sarkis near you. Imagine a tiny rat hole of a place, where everything is greasy, there's special ways to order and the food is just massive. A bacon filled omlette mass of food, with their homemade hashbrowns drenched in nacho cheese sauce. To die for...

In rare circumstances I would substitute beer for this.

One of my favorite "breakfast" meals which I usually don't eat in the morning but consists of "breakfasty" food is:

A few potatos diced and prepared homestyle with bell peppers and onions
2-3 egg whites scrambled into the potatoes
either bacon or sausage prepared and crumbled or sliced over the eggs and potatoes
topped with a bunch of shredded cheese and you have a delicious meal!

I usually take well-cooked bacon with scrambled eggs, roasted tomatoes, buttered toast and sausage, with a side of cereal of choice. Drinks are milk and orange juice.
