AMD Phenom II x2 454 (x4 B54) OC questions

So I'm testing my OC in OSX, I would do Windows but I would have to install it blah blah. Anyways, so here's what I need to know. When I run Prime to test the OC, what does the following mean (in general cases):

1) Restart, no kernel panic just a straight restart.

2) Kernel panic, equivalent to BSOD I believe.

3) Rounding error (I was told IMC errors can cause this and sorta proved true).

Basically I need to know what to up and adjust for these errors. I can get the IMC to run at 2400 with a 3.6OC, should I keep the IMC at 2400 and just go with upping the OC first then? Or should I drop the IMC down to stock 2000 and just try for a solid OC first? It's kind of annoying because my voltages are already high, vcore 1.4 (might get 1.38 but unsure, I think previous testing proved futile for the unlock) and the NB is at 1.3, otherwise I get rounding errors (comment above) with 1600 RAM. This is my main rig too, the CPU is a C2 stepping if that matters.

I would say that they could all be related to insufficient core voltage. If vCore is waaayyy to low it might cause the sudden restart. If vCore is right below what it needs to be that might cause the rounding error.

Hmm, so upping the vcore or the IMC? Depending on what one fixes the solution then?

Don't add any more voltage! You shouldn't be overclocking or unlocking on that board, it has a 3+1 power phase with cheaped out components everywhere! Very dangerous for 125W processor! (x2 unlocked = 125W)
I would re-lock those cores if I were you

Ummm, I've been running it unlocked for a while now. Ever since I had it really and it hasn't caused me a problem yet. I've had this cpu for well over a year and it hasn't done anything crazy bad yet.

[edit] It even has natural support for 125W, so I don't think 125W is a problem. My unlocked cores wouldn't be 125W anyways, it's probably higher due to defects and I'm aware of this. However, I've ran this unlock for a long long time, it's perfectly stable and the parts are fine.

[edit2]

http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/295...et/index3.html ORLY?

-addition- They have it wrong, it's a 4+1 power phase, still no tthe 3+1 xd_1771 says. I don't even know where he got those figures from.

[edit3]

So it's now 3.75@1.5V, NB 2400@1.4v, these are just to get it running I'll see if I can get those voltages down but un likely it will go down far. =( When I had my NB stock and my ram at 1200 I had to use 1.5V to get 3.8GHz stable. I couldn't get it stable with the NB raised (or the RAM at 1600) so I dropped it a bit and am going to run longer tests later. I might remove the OC for some gaming tonight and run tests when I go to bed. =P
