PC Power & Cooling was just a reseller brand like Corsair or Antec, they never made PSUs.

The list looks good. That 650 unit should has plenty power for another 5850 (160w) if you decide to add another one later on. For cooler, you can take a look at the Hyper 212+.

actually thats what i was originally going with but i heard the 9900 stomps it into the ground, and i dont think ill be going into water soon so i need a good air cooler.

A Radeon 6850 costs about the same as a 5850 and is a bit better. Plus the performance scaling in Crossfire is a lot better if you ever add a 2nd 6850.
