Slap on an SSD as a boot drive and a mechanical 1TB drive for storage (WD Caviar Black, Samsung Spinpoint F3 are both sound choices). Couple it up with 2 x 2gb of RAM (no triple-channel on the P67/H67 chipsets), a quality ~700W-800W PSU (the one in my sig is excellent), and put it all in a mid-tower box easy for moving around (not too knowledgeable about cases, I'll let someone else take care of that).
H50/H60/H70 is all crap at cooling so why bother? My Noctua NH-D14 and Thermalright Silver Arrow can easily slap them.

H70 Is a good cooler if you swop out the poor standard fans it comes with i have 2x sharcoon silent eagles on mine and the cooling performance is superb.28c idle - 58 c load at 4.2 ghz on my i7 920, and its water cooling without the mess. The noctua is also a very good cooling solution but i found it too big and obtrusive in my case so swopped it out ( i have one gathering dust if you need)
