Random shut down

What would be the most likely cause of this. The cpu light on the mobo lights up, but the cpu works fine in another pc, sometimes I have to clear the cmos to reboot and it wont always boot all the way into windows without shutting off. I suspect the top pcie slot because I took out the top card and it booted. I just switched from my sig rg to 3 6950's and had the same shut down issue, Is this very common? What else should I check?

I would say MOSFET cooling...
But then i see that "PHASE" under the cpu cooling...

What kind of overclock?

I have an ek full coverage water block on the mofset and n/b. The cascade is on the cpu only.
It will occasionally run in windows for awhile at stock speeds and voltages, but if I o/c at all it shuts down. evap temps are below -100c
