Recommedations for a Fan Controller

Thread Starter
Looking at picking up a Fan Controller. I'd like to keep it in the ~30$ range if possible. Wanted to see what the members recommend before I go spend the loot.

Depends on how many fans you need to control independently, whether you prefer knobs or touchscreen, whether you need temperature sensors and whether it's supposed to be 3.5" or 2.5" in size.

Considered the Akasa Fan Control Junior? IIRC it isn't very expensive but controls three fans. smile.gif

I want it to fit in a 5.25" bay. I will be controlling 6 fans, and possibly some case lighting also. Don't need temp sensors, and I am open to touchscreen or switches. Hope that helps some.

Can the LED's that light up the knobs on the sunbeam xtreme be turned off without having to cut wires.

I'm afraid not. Still, it would be my recommendation for a good budget controller. Or a Lamptron.
