Never owned a Lian-Li but know people who swear by them.

Lancool... can't comment on it either way since I've never owned any of their products nor do I know anyone. Did peek at their lineup... some interesting picks though I would have to look at them closely to tell. I saw one in the Knight series that only had 3 esternal 5.25" bays available. I need at l;east 4 since I have a double bay reservoir/pump combo for my water cooler. If that is not a concern, then they seem to be rather interesting cases.

CM is always a good choice in my mind. Didn't realize the 690 had been "updated". Based on the pricing, you may look at the HAF 912 then which is substantially cheaper all though I must admit I am not sure how it would match up against the 690 II. For msaybe some $20-25 more, you could jump into the HAF 922... but that 690 II Advanced does have a nice interior paint scheme... Hmmm...

Lancool is pretty much the same as Lian Li in every single way except for steel construction, but that said, its very sturdy.

CM's only truly good cases in their lineup are 690 II and ATCS, I cant stand the looks of the HAF series.

I didn't know about Lian-Li and Lancool relationship.

The HAF series is somewhat of an acquired taste. I like the 922. The 932 and HAF X admittedly is a bit "rough" looking to me. I personally like the simple easy flowing lines type of case. That's why I like the ATCS. I just worry about airflow though.

Another case I saw that I sort of liked (I call it the sports looking case) is this one:

I like it's modularity and it's obvious airflow. Lacks the 5.25" bay spaces I need though. I do believe it "may" be a dust trap but I enjoy cleaning out electronics.

Ok, get ready to order truck-loads of compressed air.
but I do agree, the 922 is "cleaner" looking than the others in the series.

Just got rid of mine - one needs the space for this case as it's almost 25 inches long.

LOL... Unfortunately, I can not have what I like because it does not fit my needs.

I may just seek out an ATCS. I want the rad to be internal. Too bad it does not come in other color schemes.
