More then enough. My system with Water Cooling, Core i7 OCed, GTX470 OCed only pulled 550W of the wall.

If i remember correctly, the only games i had problems with were generally just cpu intensive games that like quad cores, BC2, FFXIV.
so that means running cpu around 3ghz will be ok for the card..cool
